Proms to Beaches is the number one place if you're looking for the PERFECT prom dress. Not only do they have pretty prom dresses they have great customer service as well. Everytime I emailed them, they replied within a few hours. (sometimes they replied within a few minutes!) They were helpful with everything and I got sooooooooo many compliments on my dress.
